Eagle-Eye Inspections
If you’ve ever rented a property before, you know there’s a cleaning and maintenance fee. That’s so the management company can come in and inspect the property for tears, stains, broken items, and give it a good cleaning before they rent it out again. After each booking, our eagle-eyed team goes in and inspects the entire property, inside and out to make sure everything is as it should be for the next guests.
Maintenance & Repairs

Anyone can wash and change bed and bathroom linens and sweep the floor. Our professional housekeeping staff goes above and beyond, making sure every area of the home is clean and welcoming. From vacuuming the carpets to wiping down high-use items like TV remotes and door handles, your home will be spick and span.
